At check-in, we will confirm your identity and take your temperature. 2. Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance to the front desk and lounge, and we encourage all guests to use it. 3. We disinfect frequently touched areas in public spaces and guest rooms using disinfectant. (Front desk counter, self check-in machines, elevator buttons, doorknobs, switches, tables, remote controls, slippers, etc.) 4. We regularly disinfect shared areas in the front desk/lobby/lounge. A protective screen has been installed at the front desk counter to help prevent droplet transmission (except at some locations). 5. At select Hotels as well as newly opening Hotels going forward, we have introduced “photocatalyst air purifiers” that provide deodorizing and sanitizing effects. [Front Desk & Staff] 1.
