I have stayed at this Accommodation many times—before, during, and after COVID. Breakfast, the welcome drink, and other services have been thoughtfully adjusted over time, and I have always been very satisfied. However, on this visit there were issues with the facilities. The first Room I was shown had a toilet where water kept running continuously, and the noise was very bothersome. I asked the front desk to change Rooms; the next Room had a broken refrigerator. They kindly moved me again, but that Room had very loud mechanical noise as well. At that point I was too tired to request another change and stayed in that Room.I would like to continue staying here about once or twice a year. Even if some facilities are getting older, I believe that frequent repairs and replacements will resolve these inconveniences and restore the comfortable environment you used to provide. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 6/10/2026I stayed for two nights this time.From my Room, I could see Disney fireworks (I think, based on the direction) and the Tokyo Skytree, and I was satisfied with breakfast. However, there was hair left in the bathtub drain and it wasn’t draining well; after I cleaned it myself, it drained better. Also, the light on the mirror in the ladies’ Room didn’t turn on, as if the batteries were dead. I have stayed at this Hotel several times and have always been satisfied, so these were the only two disappointing points this time.I would like to stay again next time as well, so I hope these issues will be improved.

For guests who wish to have "regular cleaning," which includes unit bath cleaning, sheet replacement, and vacuuming, please attach the "Cleaning Request (green)" magnet card to the hallway side of your room door by 10:00 AM.
For hygiene reasons, regular cleaning will be conducted once every four days.
If the "Cleaning Request" magnet card is not attached to the hallway side of the room door, we will not enter the room. Fresh towels and our original mineral water will be placed in front of your door.
