The front desk staff were very courteous, and I had a pleasant stay from start to finish. The amenities selection was extensive, which I appreciated, and the Room was clean and felt fresh—the moment I entered, it smelled wonderful and was very comfortable. At breakfast, the Hotel staff recommended dishes to try, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Also, being able to check out smoothly without stopping by the front desk was convenient and much appreciated.

We were amazed by the variety of services, including pillow options, unlimited alcohol and soft drinks, sheet masks, Onsen bath salts, and even complimentary breakfast. The breakfast had a wide selection and was delicious. This is a Hotel we would love to stay at again!
