Thank you very much for the wonderful time the other day.We had originally planned to visit with our dog, but she was unable to come, so we stayed as a family instead.Also, despite an issue with our Reservation, thank you sincerely to all the staff for handling everything so kindly and carefully.Even without our dog, you warmly welcomed our family stay, which made us very happy. We truly appreciate the thoughtful hospitality of everyone on your team.We were also very satisfied with the bath and the meals, and we were able to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay.We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

Although the weather was unfortunately bad on the first day, we were welcomed with a kind and helpful explanation from the front desk staff, and since it was a weekday we were able to relax and enjoy our stay at a leisurely pace. I traveled with my elderly mother and our 2-year-old dog, and as it was my mother’s birthday, thank you for the sparkling wine provided by the Hotel at dinner! My mother was truly delighted, the food was excellent, and she even drank more alcohol than usual. I’m sure she was in a great mood. There were plenty of meal options for our dog as well, and even at the breakfast buffet there were items for dogs—he ate a lot. We also appreciated that all necessary supplies for dogs were provided. There is just one drawback: our dog’s toy ball kept rolling under the bed, and when we retrieved it, it picked up quite a lot of dust and debris from under the bed. Even after washing it repeatedly, it would get dusty again each time, which was difficult. It would be great if there were no gap under the bed. Other than that, we were very satisfied with this trip and would definitely like to stay again.
