    It was wonderful.The service was excellent.I stayed with my senior dog who needs nursing care.They had a full range of dog amenities, so I felt at ease during our stay.The hair dryer at the Onsen was a Dyson, and I was impressed that it left my hair so smooth.Since my dog is large, the front desk staff kindly gave us extra treats, which I really appreciated.The women at the restaurant were also very friendly and kind, with lovely smiles.Thank you very much.

  • We had a relaxing stay.

    Staying for two nights allowed us to relax. We chose the special kaiseki dinner, and the meat was tender and delicious—we were very satisfied. The dining staff also seemed to love dogs, and everyone was very pleasant. If possible, it would be nice if the bath amenities could be placed in the bathing area.
