[Important] For Guests Using the “Kyushu Recovery Support Discount (Oita)”

We have confirmed multiple cases in which guests who made a Reservation using the “Kyushu Fukko Ouen Wari Oita” campaign on various booking sites did not have the coupon applied.
If you have already made a Reservation, please check your Reservation details again to ensure the discount has been applied. You can confirm the coupon status on the Complete the Reservation screen, in your Check Reservation email, or on your account page (My Page) on each booking site.
Please note that after a Reservation is made, we are unable to apply or change coupons, or modify it to an eligible discounted plan at our Accommodation.
We kindly ask that you confirm this before your stay.
