■To Our Guests 1. Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are placed at key locations within the Property. Please cooperate with disinfection and sterilization. 2. For the health and safety of our guests, staff may provide services while wearing masks and, in some cases, gloves. 3. Cleaning and disinfection of Facilities and equipment are conducted more thoroughly than usual, using hypochlorite and alcohol-based disinfectants. 4. For dining arrangements, seating will be spaced out to ensure safety. Please note that this will reduce the seating capacity. 5. Reservations for Rooms will be accepted in a manner that avoids full occupancy, ensuring a more comfortable stay. 6. The provision of all-you-can-drink draft beer will be temporarily suspended (excluding self-serve servers). 7. At check-in, guests may be asked to fill out a questionnaire regarding their health condition and travel history within the past two weeks. Depending on the situation, we may also request cooperation with temperature checks. 8. If you are aware of any symptoms such as coughing or fever, or if you have traveled to areas under a state of emergency within the past two weeks, we kindly ask you to refrain from visiting the Property. 9. If you feel unwell or experience any discomfort during your stay, please inform our staff immediately. 10. Gatherings or events involving more than approximately 10 unspecified individuals will be refrained from hosting or accepting. 11. Depending on the spread of COVID-19, the operations of the Property may be temporarily suspended. 12. If a declaration of the end phase of COVID-19 is made within Ehime Prefecture and partial reopening of the large communal bath is implemented, but the end phase has not been declared nationwide, bath usage for guests will be scheduled by group or Room. Disinfection and cleaning will be conducted between time slots. ■Efforts by Our Staff 1. Staff members practice thorough handwashing and gargling. 2. Staff are required to report their health conditions. 3. Staff who are unwell are instructed to refrain from coming to work and to seek medical attention. Depending on the diagnosis, a 2-week home quarantine may be requested. 4. Staff are refraining from unnecessary and non-urgent travel outside the Ozu-Kita area. If travel is necessary, they are required to report their travel history and undergo monitoring. 5. Staff are refraining from visiting Facilities where infection clusters have occurred, as well as karaoke boxes, live houses, events, and parties. 6. Cooking equipment and frequently touched surfaces are sterilized and disinfected more thoroughly than usual using hypochlorite water, sodium hypochlorite, and ethanol.
