Measures in Response to the Spread of COVID-19 Thank you very much for choosing Star Hotel Koriyama. At Star Hotel Koriyama, we prioritize the safety and peace of mind of our guests and staff. We are currently implementing the following measures and responses. (Revised on May 16) 【Installation of Alcohol-Based Sanitizers in the Facility】 Alcohol-based sanitizers are placed at the Hotel entrance, front desk, restaurant entrance (Hana no Mai), breakfast venue entrance, restrooms, and other locations. Please feel free to use them. We also kindly ask our guests to practice regular handwashing and gargling. 【Mask-Wearing by Staff】 Our staff undergo temperature checks, health monitoring, gargling, handwashing, and sanitization at the start of their shifts. However, for the safety of our guests, staff may wear masks. We appreciate your understanding. 【Sanitization of Shared Areas】 We are conducting alcohol-based sanitization of frequently touched areas, such as door handles and elevator buttons. 【Hygiene Management at the Breakfast Venue and Hana no Mai】 We request guests entering the dining areas to use alcohol-based sanitizers. We are enhancing hygiene measures, such as providing individual tongs for guests and serving buffet dishes individually. Chairs and tables are sanitized with alcohol after each guest's use. On busy days, we may guide guests to use the dining areas at different times. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 【Requests for Guest Cooperation】 If you experience symptoms such as fever, cough, or fatigue before visiting the Hotel, we kindly ask you to refrain from traveling. If you have symptoms such as coughing or sneezing after entering the facility, we request your cooperation in wearing a mask and following proper etiquette.
