You can enjoy a very relaxing stay.
What we liked - Many of the dining areas are semi-private, which gave our family a nice sense of privacy. - The meal selection wasn’t huge, but it was more than satisfying, and everything we tried was delicious. We appreciated the focus on quality over flashy presentation. - Although all the staff were foreign nationals, everyone was smiling, sincere, and hardworking. It made us want to cheer them on. - Each floor had a completely different hallway interior design and furnishings, which was fun to see. - There was some flexibility at check-in and during meals, so we didn’t have to rush or wait in long lines. We really appreciated being able to move around calmly.A few minor disappointments - The air conditioning in the lobby, hallways, and elevator wasn’t very effective, so it felt hot. The lobby is large with an open atrium so that’s understandable, but the elevator was especially warm. - There were cobwebs on the ceiling near the window in our Room.We stayed as three generations of our family (parents and child), and everyone was very satisfied—we had a wonderful time together. Spectacular views from the Room window!
The view from the Room window was breathtaking. With the Kinugawa River right in front of you, opening the window lets you hear the soothing sound of the flowing water.The Hotel itself felt a bit old, but it had a charming atmosphere and I liked it. As for meals, they are buffet-style with a wide selection, but there are stairs in places on the floor, which felt dangerous.Many of the staff members are foreigners, and I was surprised by how polite they were and how considerate their service was. I wondered how they teach such genuine hospitality.I also used the separate open-air bath type. I thought it would be within walking distance, but it took 15 minutes by the Hotel’s van. However, it was very quiet and relaxing, with the Kinugawa River right in front of you and a space to rest—wonderful overall. One disappointing point is that dust was quite noticeable both in the Hotel and at the bath Facility.Overall, it was very good.
