Important Notice Regarding Cleaning During a Multiple Night Stay
Effective November 1, 2025, our cleaning service will change from daily cleaning to cleaning once every three days.

At our Hotel, from the perspective of the SDGs, we believe that environmentally conscious operations and optimizing cleaning frequency can help reduce our impact on the global environment. Accordingly, we will revise Room cleaning as follows:
During your stay, we will clean your Room once every three days.
* Even if you do not request cleaning, for hygiene reasons we will clean your Room once every three days.
* If you would like additional cleaning on non-cleaning days, this is available for a fee (JPY 1,100 per time). Please contact the front desk by 10:00 a.m.
We do not replenish amenities such as toothbrushes or collect trash that is not placed in the trash bin.
On non-cleaning days, towels will be placed in front of your door.
* If you would like used towels collected or trash bins emptied, please place them outside your door by 10:00 a.m.
Please note that we may enter your Room on non-cleaning days for maintenance or in case of emergency.
