All services were excellent.
What I liked 1. The complimentary drinks on arrival—draft beer was excellent. The oden was also great. You don’t find this at other places. 2. The shampoo bar in the Onsen area—this was a favorite and not something other places offer. 3. It was great that the games were free of charge. 4. We enjoyed table tennis, and we really appreciated that it was free of charge.Request for improvement Since we stayed in Aoi-kan, I understand that the building is older, but I did notice an odor in the corridors and in our Room. My daughter also said the corridor smell made it feel a bit spooky, which was disappointing. These days, scent is important—for example, Lexus dealerships have a very pleasant fragrance inside—so I would appreciate it if you could install a fragrance diffuser or similar device in the corridors.That said, thank you very much for a satisfying stay.

This is my favorite Hotel.
I love the pool here and stay at this Accommodation more than twice every August. This time, four of us came for a girls’ trip, and of course we fully enjoyed the pool, taiko drumming, table tennis, karaoke, and more. Recently, summers have been extremely hot from June onward, so I’d be happy if the pool could open from early July. The meals are also luxurious—we enjoyed crab, eel, whelk (baigai), and other dishes. However, the breakfast dessert selection feels a bit too limited. It would be nice to have at least ice cream or soft-serve. The large public bath is spacious and well equipped with a choice of shampoos, but several faucets are broken and still haven’t been fixed—please arrange repairs.
