[Located in the heart of Mount Yoshino with excellent access. Enjoy delicious mountain kaiseki cuisine and breathtaking views from the open-air bath] "Yoshinoso Yukawaya" is a small accommodation nestled on the slopes of World Heritage Site Mount Yoshino, just a 5-minute walk from Kinpusenji Temple's Zao-do Hall. Relax in tranquility while taking in the ever-changing seasonal mountain scenery up close. Our highlight is the mountain kaiseki cuisine "Saigyo Gozen," which fully utilizes the blessings of Mount Yoshino. Carefully prepared with Yoshino's honkuzu (authentic kudzu) and seasonal ingredients, we offer menus featuring the best flavors of each season. Savor an unforgettable culinary experience surrounded by history and nature, along with unique views of Mount Yoshino.

  • When making the Reservation, I informed them that I would be traveling with an elderly companion, and they were very considerate in many ways. The meals were healthy and more than we could finish. The stairs were not as difficult as some reviews suggested. We also joined the morning service, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast.Thank you very much for everything. This is an Accommodation we would like to stay at again.

  • The Room was spacious and had a toilet. Breakfast was delicious, and the white rice in particular was excellent.I wish there had been bottled water in the Room, as well as amenities like cleansing oil, toner, and lotion. The view of Mt. Yoshino from the infinity open-air bath was incredibly soothing, and I’d love to soak there again. We were picked up by Shuttle Service from the station, and we learned a lot about Yoshino’s history. It was fun.We also joined the early-morning sutra chanting at Kinpusen-ji Temple (I think), heard a wonderful talk, and felt refreshed and purified.Yoshino has beautiful mountains, a unique atmosphere, many World Heritage sites, and Yoshino kudzu, kakinoha-zushi (persimmon leaf sushi), and yomogi mochi were all very delicious.I’ll ride the Blue Symphony again to come back for some relaxation.
