■ Eligibility
By checkout, declare participation in this guarantee Plan to the Facility staff and complete adding our official LINE account as a friend.
■ Claim period
Applies if, within 60 days after checkout, your weight exceeds your check-in weight.
■ How to claim
Send a photo of your scale reading to our official LINE account.
■ Revisit deadline
Complete your return stay within 180 days from the date we confirm your claim.
*Only if fully booked due to Facility circumstances, an additional +30 days may be granted.
■ Support details
We will provide free Accommodation under the same Plan, for the same number of nights or fewer, in a Room of the same grade.
■ Additional charges
Extra nights, Room upgrades, and paid options will be charged separately.
■ Hot Spring Tax
A Hot Spring Tax of JPY 300 per night will be charged separately.
■ Blackout dates (excluded periods)
Golden Week, Obon holidays, New Year holidays, and any period of three consecutive holidays or more are not eligible for this free return-stay support. A stay at regular rates is available during these periods.
■ No-show cancellation (without notice)
If you do not show up without notice, your right to use this support will be forfeited.* Re-claiming is not allowed.
■ Promotion period: July 1–September 30, 2026
