My grandmother was not feeling well, and we truly appreciate that you promptly changed our Room from the annex to the main building.\nThe food was excellent and became a wonderful memory for us.\nWe would love to visit again.

Excellent value for money
We stayed as a couple. Even with various discounts, getting an all-you-can-eat dinner and breakfast, enjoying the Onsen, and paying in the 8,000-yen range per person is an incredible deal in an era when even a Business Hotel can cost over 10,000 yen.We had a Reservation for the annex, but were told we would need to walk outside to reach the main building. On a long shot, we requested a Room change and it was approved immediately. We’re truly grateful for their flexible response.The steak at dinner and the French toast at breakfast were delicious. The building is old, so there are some inconveniences, but overall satisfaction more than makes up for it.That said, we’d like them to improve the Wi-Fi (it only works near the front desk) and expand the open-air bath area.If we have the chance, we’d love to stay again.

Naruko Onsenkyo is a hot spring area consisting of five Onsen locations: Naruko, Higashi-Naruko, Kawatabi, Nakayamadaira, and Onikobe. With a variety of spring qualities, you can enjoy different types of Onsen in a single day, including clear water, cloudy water, red water, black water, and various textures such as silky and smooth. A special "Onsen Hopping Ticket" is available for purchase at the front desk (1,300 yen, tax included). Guests staying at the Property can enjoy free access to the baths at the group Facility "Masuya" and the public bath "Taki no Yu," known for its highly sterilizing water.
