We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in advance to minimize infection risks. ■ Restaurant We request guests to wear masks and undergo temperature checks upon entry (guests with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher will not be allowed entry). Tables and counters are spaced apart, ensuring adequate distance between seats. When serving yourself food, please follow the one-way flow system and maintain proper spacing while queuing. Guests are also requested to wear gloves when handling food items. Tongs are regularly replaced and sanitized for hygiene purposes. ■ Public Areas We conduct thorough disinfection of frequently touched surfaces throughout the Hotel premises. Alcohol-based sanitizers are available at entrances and various locations within the Hotel. The shared areas inside the Hotel are well-ventilated at all times. ■ Staff Mask Policy All staff members, including front desk personnel, wear masks for public health reasons. Acrylic panels have been installed at reception desks as a precaution against droplet transmission. ■ Employee Hygiene Management Staff adhere strictly to temperature checks upon arrival, handwashing, gargling, and hand sanitization protocols.
