This was my first time staying at a capsule Hotel. It looked clean in the photos online, so I decided to stay.The staff were friendly, there was a large public bath, and it was quiet, so I had a very comfortable stay. However, as a first-timer and middle-aged guest, I learned one lesson:If you’re new to capsule Hotels or middle-aged (especially if you have a bit of a belly), it’s best to avoid the upper level in a two-tier capsule setup.It was quite inconvenient, and getting in and out felt scary.If possible, I recommend requesting a lower level.The Hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the price was great value. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance—next time, please put me on the lower level.

Facial cleanser and makeup remover were only available at the sink area, so it would have been nice to have them in the shower rooms as well.The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant.
