I stayed here during the Obon holiday period. Since this Accommodation is for lodging only, you are free to come and go after check-in, so you can go out to eat or shop. It’s a quiet area. The in-room Onsen bath is great because you can adjust the temperature by mixing hot water and lukewarm water; some places require adding tap water when it’s too hot, but not here. There is no tap in the bath. The location is convenient—close to Beppu Daigaku Station (Annex area) and also near the Sunflower ferry terminal. There are various supermarkets and restaurants nearby as well. It’s also convenient for visiting Yufuin or heading to Aso via the Yamanami Highway. I would like to stay here again.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 8/16/2026I found Bubu-an on YouTube.There are no meals, but I could relax like at a private villa and enjoy the Onsen at my own pace—both a semi-open-air bath and an indoor bath.I was able to unwind completely.For dinner, we went to a popular nearby izakaya.Being able to come and go freely and not having to see anyone made it the best one-night, two-day stay without any worries.
