To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and ensure our guests can stay with peace of mind, we have carried out disinfecting and antibacterial coating throughout all Rooms and the entire Accommodation. (Completed in May 2020) [1] Staff Measures - Handwashing, gargling, and wearing masks - Regular temperature checks - Service provided with attention to maintaining appropriate distance from guests [2] Disinfection Measures - Regular disinfection cleaning in the Accommodation (food & beverage areas) - Regular disinfection cleaning of shared areas within the Accommodation - Disinfection cleaning of Rooms - Disposable use of Room slippers [3] Ventilation Measures - Regular ventilation in the Accommodation (food & beverage areas) - Regular ventilation of shared areas within the Accommodation - Ventilation before and after Room use [4] Check-in/Check-out Measures - Queue guidance with attention to distancing between guests - Splash prevention at the front desk (e.g., acrylic partitions) - Contactless or non-face-to-face service available [5] Room Measures - Hand sanitizer provided - Amenities disinfected each time after use/handling - Occupancy adjusted to avoid crowding [6] Dining Measures - Serving methods adapted (e.g., individual plating) - Monitoring and dispersing crowd levels in dining venues - In-Room dining and private dining rooms available [7] Requests to Guests Staying With Us - Please sanitize your hands upon arrival at the Accommodation. - Please wash your hands and gargle. *(If you prefer “gargle,” keep; otherwise “wash your hands thoroughly.”)* - Please wear a mask when outside your Room.
