The Tsutsujigaoka Prefectural Park, the venue for the world's largest carp streamer and cherry blossom event, is within walking distance. There is a Japanese restaurant, and the facilities include digital TV, Wi-Fi, and a refrigerator. It is about a 12-minute walk or a 5-minute taxi ride (one meter) from Tatebayashi Station on the Tobu Isesaki Line. It can be used not only as a business base but also as a leisure base! This is a hotel in Tatebayashi, the setting of the anime "A Place Further Than the Universe."
I stayed here during the Tatebayashi Tezutsu Fireworks Festival. When I made my Reservation, only a smoking room was available, which was disappointing. So I called the day before to ask—just in case—and was told that they could Change the Reservation if a non-smoking room became available on the day.Since it was fireworks day, I didn’t think there would be any chance, but they contacted me that day to say they could switch me to a non-smoking room. Thanks to that change, I had a very comfortable stay.I was truly happy that they remembered my request—even though I was just one guest and it was my first stay—and took the time to reach out. This is what thoughtful service looks like, and I’m very grateful. I’d love to stay again next year.
