We stayed here for the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival. The building seems old, but the Room, floors, and Facility are clean. The meals are very delicious. There was plenty of rice, vegetables, and side dishes, and we ended up eating too much at every meal. The Onsen has several types of baths, so you can relax and enjoy it comfortably. We would love to stay here again for the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival next year.

Each bath isn’t very large, but since we stayed on a weekday right after a three-day weekend, there were fewer guests and we could relax and enjoy them at our own pace.There is also a paid “Yakuseki Bath,” which feels like a combination of hot-stone therapy and a sauna, and it was excellent. Since we booked the course featuring beef grilled on a ceramic plate and grilled nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) skewers, we received one free ticket and were able to enjoy it. You really work up a sweat.It was disappointing that there is no open-air bath, but overall the bathing facilities were very satisfying.The meals were delicious—both the beef grilled on a ceramic plate and the nodoguro skewers. Another highlight was that they use 100% Uonuma Koshihikari rice. Perhaps because of how it was cooked, breakfast in particular was outstanding.The air-conditioning controls were a bit tricky, so at times it felt slightly cold or warm, but it was within an acceptable range.They also offer Shuttle Service from Muikamachi Station, making it convenient even by train. This is an Accommodation I would definitely like to stay at again.
