The hot Onsen and sulfur spring were wonderful—I ended up soaking four times.This time, I chose the No Meals Included plan due to my schedule for climbing Mt. Norikura, but I’d love to try the meals if I have the chance.It was also a great help to be able to wash off the sweat in the Onsen after my hike the next day.Thank you very much.

However, after staying there, I really liked that I didn’t have to interact with staff more than necessary and could relax at my own pace.I had checked the Plan details in advance, so I had no trouble with the check-in process or how things worked during the stay. Rather than being for those seeking attentive service, I think it suits travelers who want to keep accommodation costs down and stay simply.There were no complimentary bottled drinks, but when I asked the staff, they told me I could drink the natural water from the taps inside the building. It tasted great, and it was nice to experience this kind of local charm.If you value freedom and a lower price over luxury or full-service hospitality, this is an Accommodation with excellent value for money. The minimal contact with others and the quiet environment also suited me well.As long as you understand that it’s a self-service style Accommodation before booking, it’s an easy and convenient place to stay. If I have a chance to visit nearby again, I’d definitely like to stay here again.
