Now I understand why it’s so popular.The location is excellent. The building is older, but it has been renovated over time and kept very clean. The rooms are surprisingly spacious—something you rarely find at nearby business hotels. There are many international staff members these days, and their service is professional and pleasant.Hotel prices in Hakata have risen dramatically recently, but this place offers great value—I even felt like staying long-term.The only downside is that you need to plan early because it can be hard to secure a Reservation. Lec Coffee next door is also great.I look forward to staying again next time.
