About Meals Please wear a mask until the meal begins at the dining area. We are making every effort to serve individual portions for dishes such as hot pot and sashimi platters. Bathroom Regular cleaning and disinfection are conducted in the large public bath and dressing room. We kindly ask guests to disinfect shared items in the dressing room (such as scales, massage chairs, etc.) after use. Shared Spaces & Others We ensure thorough health management and hand disinfection for our staff. Staff members wear masks. Hand sanitizers are provided for guests throughout the Facility. We disinfect shared Facility items (elevators, doorknobs, remote controls, hairdryers, etc.). Ventilation within the Facility has been enhanced. Please cooperate with temperature checks during check-in. Guests who are not feeling well may be asked to refrain from staying.
