The front desk is on the 2nd floor and is open 24 hours. By car: About a 10-minute drive from Tomei Shimizu IC via National Route 1 toward JR Shimizu Station. Parking is available along National Route 149. Convenience store: 30 seconds on foot / 24-hour supermarket: 3 minutes on foot / The covered shopping arcade is right in front.

Multi-story mechanical parking: up to 1.55 m high, 1.75 m wide, 5.05 m long, and 1,600 kg. Vehicle size restrictions apply, so please let us know your vehicle model when making a Reservation. As we may need to move vehicles, we will keep your car key at the front desk at check-in. If the parking is full, we will direct you to a nearby paid parking lot (fees are at your own expense).
