    The front desk staff were very kind, courteous, and helpful.I was also surprised by the cable car from the parking lot—it was a wonderful experience.We enjoyed both the private family bath and the large public bath, and felt truly refreshed.Although our stay was No Meals Included, we took a stroll around Ikaho’s Onsen town and had a relaxing time.The Room was spacious enough, and we had no inconvenience with the Facility amenities.This is an Accommodation we would love to stay at again if we have the chance to visit Ikaho.Thank you very much.

  • For those who appreciate classic, timeless style.

    These days, there are so many restrictions, and it’s rare to find an Accommodation that works this hard. The meals are never half-hearted—great taste, and hot dishes are served properly hot. The staff’s hospitality is excellent as well, and I was able to enjoy a relaxing trip for the first time in a while. To be honest, I was disappointed with the stone-step street area, so this is a great Accommodation for adults who truly want peace and quiet. I don’t think I’ll visit Ikaho again, but I’d love to return to this Accommodation.

    Information on the “Hands-Free Sightseeing” luggage delivery service: leave your bags at Shibukawa Station Plaza and have them delivered to your Accommodation in Ikaho.
