A Japanese-style Ryokan on a hilltop, seasonal Setouchi kaiseki cuisine, and a 10-minute walk to Itsukushima Shrine

A serene Japanese-style Ryokan situated on a hill, just a 5-minute walk from Miyajima Pier and a 10-minute walk to Itsukushima Shrine, offering excellent accessibility. This Property provides a tranquil stay, with sea-facing Rooms offering views of the grand Torii gate. The futons, made with Invista's Dacron, are warm and lightweight, ensuring comfort even for those with allergies. Relax in spacious Rooms. We welcome you with the chef's specialty Setouchi Kaiseki cuisine, prepared with seasonal ingredients.

  • This was my first trip to Hiroshima, and I stayed here. The Room was a traditional Japanese-style room, and some parts of the floor creaked, but it was very clean and I had a comfortable stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The clam miso soup at breakfast was especially good, and since each table gets a full pot, I enjoyed several refills. Having that miso soup after visiting Itsukushima Shrine in the morning was absolutely amazing! The luggage storage service was also very helpful for sightseeing on Miyajima, as they even came to the pier to pick it up. Thanks to that, it became a wonderful trip to remember. I would definitely like to stay again.

  • They warmly welcomed us even with a late check-in, and we were happy that the futons had already been laid out. All of the staff were truly kind and attentive, and we are very grateful. The Room was very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. In addition to luggage storage, they also offered a service to deliver our luggage to the station on our departure day, so we could enjoy sightseeing hands-free until the very end.

  • Parking Information

As we are located on the island, the only access is by ferry. You may take your car on the ferry to Miyajima; however, roads on Miyajima are narrow and vehicle restrictions are in place, so sightseeing by car is not possible. In addition, round-trip car-ferry fares can be costly. For these reasons, we recommend parking at a municipal or private paid parking lot near the Miyajimaguchi Pier before boarding the ferry.

Please note that we do not have a dedicated parking lot at Miyajimaguchi, and parking there is not available by Reservation. You will need to find a parking space upon arrival.

If you do bring your car over on the ferry, free parking is available in front of our property.
