Due to my mistake, I thought I had made a Reservation for a Plan with dinner and breakfast, but it turned out to be without breakfast. At check-in, you confirmed it with me and added breakfast—thank you for noticing. Everyone was cheerful and kind throughout my stay, and I had a comfortable, enjoyable time. I was also happy to buy the Hotel’s original daifuku as souvenirs, and they were well received. The Onsen was wonderful, of course, and the meals were excellent as well. It was my first stay here, but it was reasonably priced and exceeded my expectations. With fewer smoking-friendly Hotels these days, I really appreciate it. I’ll be back again.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 7/21/2026We stayed for one night on a girls’ trip. They provided Shuttle Service to the stone steps while giving a courteous explanation along the way. The Room was just the right size and very clean, and we really appreciated the attentive care from the staff member in charge.The meals were also a perfect portion and very delicious. The only disappointments were that the Onsen temperature was a bit too hot to stay in for long, and that the open-air bath used tap water. Other than that, we were very satisfied—my friends were happy too. We’d love to visit again. Thank you very much!!
