Notice from the Accommodation
From April 1, 2027, you will be able to cancel free of charge in cases such as typhoons.
1. About the cancellation policy: We strictly refuse any requests for special refunds from the Facility due to cancellations caused by typhoons or other circumstances. This is because it would betray guests who have followed our Facility rules in the past. Thank you for your courteous cooperation in following the cancellation policy.

1. About cleaning: To ensure thorough cleaning, we provide training for our inspection staff. We also keep the Room clean by using an ozone-based deodorizing device that does not use chemicals and was featured on a well-known Japanese TV program, “Hokotate,” as a measure against influenza, norovirus, and other germs. Because no chemicals are used, it is safe even for newborn babies. Only a small trash bin is placed in the Room; this is so that when trash accumulates, we ask you to dispose of it promptly in the outdoor trash bins. This is also part of our efforts to keep the Room clean.
1. Free amenities available in the Room: Two double beds, table, two-seat sofa, desk, TV, free Wi-Fi, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle (hot water pot), rice cooker, pots and frying pan(s), cups and plates/dishes/chopsticks (cutlery), other daily necessities/items; washing machine (with laundry detergent), gas dryer; separate bath and toilet; balcony (with chairs and a table where you can enjoy drinks). An iron and ironing board are also available upon request.

Since you can cook inside the Facility, many guests shop at a 24-hour supermarket and enjoy cooking and drinks in their Room.
