Notice from the Accommodation
From April 1, 2027, cancellations will be free of charge in cases such as typhoons.
1. Cancellation Policy We do not accept requests for special refunds due to personal circumstances. This is because it would betray guests who have followed our Facility rules in the past. Thank you for your courteous cooperation in following the cancellation policy. *Cancellations are free up to two months before check-in.*
1. Cleaning We train our inspection staff as part of our commitment to thorough cleaning. We also keep the Room clean by using an ozone-based deodorizing device (introduced on Japan’s well-known TV program “Hokotate”) that does not use chemicals, helping protect against influenza, norovirus, and other germs. Because no chemicals are used, it is safe even for newborn babies. Only a small trash bin is provided in the Room; this encourages guests to dispose of trash promptly in the outdoor bins so we can maintain cleanliness.
1. Free amenities available in the Room Two double beds, table, two-seat sofa, desk, TV, free Wi‑Fi, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, rice cooker, pots and frying pan(s), cups and plates/dishes/chopsticks and other daily necessities; washing machine (with laundry detergent), gas dryer; separate bath and toilet; balcony (with chairs and a table for enjoying drinks). An iron and ironing board are also available upon request.
