On the 5th floor of our facility, the newly established "Wine Wall FUJIYAMA" specializes in Yamanashi wines, offering a selection of over 100 varieties at all times. From wine beginners to enthusiasts, you can enjoy experiences such as the "5-Wine Tasting" and "Today's Wine," which features selections based on current availability, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the charm of Yamanashi wines! For meals, we serve heartfelt homemade dishes called "Welcome Home Meals & See You Off Meals," which are especially appreciated by long-term guests for their daily variety that never gets boring. To soothe your tired body, enjoy "Natural Vanadium Mineral Spring Water" straight from the tap, and relax in the bath in your Room for a rejuvenating time! Additionally, our facility offers various ways to spend your time, including a reuse shop, a reservable library, a calligraphy corner, and Rooms where you can stay with your pets. When visiting the foot of Mt. Fuji, we warmly invite you to stay with us!
By car, the location was very convenient for getting anywhere—Oshino Hakkai, the Aquarium in the Forest, the Fujisan Museum, Asama Shrine, Lake Yamanaka, Lake Kawaguchi, and the Narusawa area.The front desk and dining staff were very pleasant, and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast.The bed was spacious with a firm mattress, making it extremely comfortable. The bathroom is a typical unit bath, but the red wine bath salts had a lovely sweet scent.Although we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, the Katsura River behind the building was beautiful and made for a wonderful setting.
I stayed here because the wine and home-style cooking came highly recommended, and I was looking forward to the wine tasting.Both the food and the wine were delicious. There is also a wide selection of wines in the Hotel that you can purchase, so I had a wonderful time. The Hotel facilities are not new, but if you’re interested in Yamanashi wine, this is a must!
