We offer dishes emphasizing local consumption, including low-pesticide Koshihikari rice and seasonal vegetables from local contract farmers, as well as homemade pickled plums. From the Room facing the river, you can enjoy views of the Agano River and the local Hōshū Mountain, experiencing the beauty of the changing seasons.
This was my fifth stay in Sakihana Onsen, but my first time staying at this Accommodation. The bath was small, but since it was a weekday and not crowded, it was more than sufficient.Everything was well cleaned and the service was excellent—worlds apart from the Accommodation I visited last month. The meals were also delicious. It was a shame that bathing hours were limited to 11:00 p.m., and only from 7:00 a.m. in the morning.
