Rather than a bustling tourist destination, it is a small Onsen town where you can enjoy the sound of the river, rising steam, and the quiet of the night. Our Accommodation stands at its entrance and offers just seven guest rooms. Instead of luxurious Facilities or excessive service, we value a stay where you can soak in the Onsen, rest slowly, and unwind from your travels.

After the Onsen, head to our in-house charcoal-grilled yakitori restaurant.

Our property also features the charcoal yakitori restaurant “Sumibi Yakitori Takumi.” After warming up in the Onsen, you can head downstairs in your yukata and enjoy draft beer, yakitori, and oden—an experience unique to Daikokuya. Order as much or as little food and drink as you like, making it perfect for solo travelers or small groups looking to relax at their own pace.

This Accommodation is ideal for guests who want to relax quietly without feeling obligated. Early-morning check-out is available, making it convenient for an overnight stay before hiking or touring. We also provide covered motorcycle parking, a ground anchor lock point, and simple tools for loan. Feel free to stop by during your trip and use us as a base to enjoy the Onsen and meals.

The building is not new. This Accommodation retains a traditional design, with steep stairs and the sounds typical of a wooden structure carrying easily. On the other hand, we pay close attention every day to cleaning and maintenance so that you can enjoy a comfortable stay even in an older Accommodation.
