We would like to inform you about our measures against the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
- Please cooperate with hand sanitization upon entering the Facility.
- A health check will be conducted at the time of check-in.
- Guests who are feeling unwell (fever, cough, loss of taste) may be restricted from entering the Facility.
* If you feel unwell during your stay, please inform our staff immediately.
- Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are placed at the entrance and other areas of the Ryokan Facility.
- We thoroughly disinfect the floors of restrooms, remote controls, and doorknobs with a two-step cleaning process using disinfectant.
- Doors are opened periodically to ensure proper ventilation.
- All staff members wear masks. Staff providing food and beverages also wear gloves.
- Frequent hand sanitization is practiced.
- Daily temperature checks are conducted, and employees who feel unwell are restricted from working.
