    We chose the Umitamago Room. There were lots of plush toys in all sizes, and the kids were thrilled! They tucked a big walrus plush into one futon and slept next to mom. While drifting off, they said, “Let’s come again.”The changing area was spacious, with a large mirror and bright lighting—very easy to use. I used to think Hotel towels were limited to one bath towel and one face towel per person and not very absorbent, but here we had one bath towel and two face towels each, and they were nicely absorbent.Both the front desk staff and the dining staff were kind to our children—everyone was wonderful.Meals included dinner and breakfast buffets, and both were delicious!If I had to ask for one thing, it would be a small toothbrush for kids.Overall, we were very satisfied and would love to visit again!

  • Enjoy a Highland Onsen Facility

    Although it rained, we were able to enjoy the highland Onsen and a delicious breakfast at a reasonable price. It was very relaxing.
