After consulting ChatGPT, I created a bathing schedule tailored to my symptoms and split my day into several sessions of stone sauna, indoor baths, open-air baths, and walking. Since I didn’t want to gain weight, I chose à la carte items for dinner either at restaurants outside or at the on-site dining hall. The baths and stone sauna were excellent, and my lower back pain improved significantly. The complimentary razor in the amenities didn’t suit my skin, so I should have brought the one I normally use. Overall, the service was very good. I would like to visit again.
