A breathtaking holiday in Dogashima. From the Property built along the cliffs, you can enjoy the magnificent scenery said to be the best in West Izu, with most Rooms offering stunning sunset views. At the open-air bath near the shoreline, experience the wonder of becoming one with the sea. Private baths are also available for exclusive enjoyment of the view. After a morning bath, we serve tai miso soup in the relaxation area. Relish the natural sounds of the shore, the sea breeze, and the ever-changing sunset along with the vast ocean.
I was looking forward to the view from the Room, and it truly was breathtaking. It was also great that we could have our meals in the Room. What made me even happier was the selection of complimentary drinks available in the lobby. Ice was freely available as well, and since acerola juice is rarely offered, I enjoyed it many times during my stay. I had a very pleasant stay at this Accommodation.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 8/25/2026I was already impressed by how close the sea felt from the private open-air bath, but the open-air bath I used the next morning was literally right in front of the ocean.I’ve never stayed at an Accommodation this close to the sea before, and it was wonderful.If you’re planning to use both the private open-air bath and the open-air bath, I’d recommend going during daylight when you can really enjoy the view rather than at night.The photo is taken from the private open-air bath.

The entrance is on the 5th floor, facing the road, and from there, the structure descends along the cliffs, leading downward, ever closer to the sea. At the very bottom, closest to the waves, lies the "Seaside Open-Air Bath," so close to the water that it cannot be used during rough seas. There is nothing to obstruct the view of the beautiful sunset slowly sinking into the horizon.
