At our Property, we prioritize the safety and security of our guests above all else. We are committed to preventing the spread of COVID-19 by implementing thorough hygiene management and ensuring the following measures for maintaining safe distances within the Property.
Additionally, we kindly request our guests to cooperate by using alcohol-based hand sanitizers upon arrival, undergoing temperature checks, and wearing masks. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
1. Ensuring "Distance" in Space and Time
Our Property is a small-scale accommodation with only 35 Rooms. To ensure safety, we limit the number of Rooms available for booking, capping the maximum number of guests per day at approximately 50.
*Normally, we accommodate around 80 guests.
The capacity of the Shuttle Service bus to Meotobuchi (25 seats) is limited to 10 passengers.
In addition to the two existing dining areas, we have introduced an open-air terrace seating area. Partitions are installed between seats, ensuring a distance of at least 2 meters.
We have implemented a bath token system, limiting the number of groups using the open-air and indoor baths simultaneously to three groups.
2. Reducing "Direct Contact"
Our log house Rooms are designed as detached units, minimizing contact opportunities with other guests.
Guests can place orders for additional dishes or beverages during meals using their smartphones.
Breakfast is provided in a bento box style, allowing guests to enjoy it in their Rooms.
3. Proposing Unique Experiences in a "Remote Location"
Our Property is located within the Nikko National Park's nature conservation area, a true hidden gem where general vehicles are prohibited. It is approximately 15 km away from the nearest settlement, Kawamata, ensuring an exceptionally low population density.
To help you make the most of your time in this blessed natural environment, we offer seasonal activities and events within the Property.
We invite you to enjoy a unique stay in the secluded region of Oku-Kinu.
■ Hygiene Management within the Property
Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are placed in all Rooms, Facility entrances, and shared spaces.
We regularly disinfect and sanitize door handles, handrails, faucet levers, chairs, hangers, and other frequently touched surfaces.
Acrylic panels are installed at the reception desk and between the driver's seat and passenger seats in the Shuttle Service bus to prevent droplet transmission.
Ventilation is enhanced with air circulators placed in guest Rooms and shared areas.
■ Measures for Guests
All guests are required to undergo temperature checks before check-in.
Guests with a fever of 37.6°C or higher or those feeling unwell are kindly requested to refrain from staying.
We ask for your cooperation in wearing masks in shared spaces.
■ Measures for Staff
Staff members wear hygiene masks at all times.
Disinfectants are placed in various locations, and staff wash and sanitize their hands approximately every 30 minutes.
Temperature checks and health condition monitoring are conducted before shifts. Staff with symptoms such as fever, cough, or cold are prohibited from working.
With these measures in place, we strive to ensure safety and security. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation and look forward to welcoming you.
