Encouragement of hand disinfection at check-in.
Request and encouragement to wear masks except during meals.
Installation of splash prevention shields at the front counter.
Constant operation of air conditioning equipment to enhance ventilation within the Hotel.
At check-in, all guests are requested to use alcohol disinfectant and undergo temperature checks.
All guests are requested to fill out a guest card (including health status, previous and next accommodation locations).
Installation of footprint stickers in the lobby in front of the front desk to ensure social distancing.
All staff, including front desk staff, are required to wear masks.
Frequent alcohol disinfection and wiping of various locations within the Property (such as tables, chairs, handrails in common areas).
Thorough alcohol disinfection and wiping of equipment and amenities in guest rooms (such as doorknobs, switches, refrigerators, telephones, hairdryers, toilets, slippers, desks, etc.) during cleaning.
Cleaning staff wear masks and always ventilate while working.
Strict temperature checks and health management for all staff (staff with a temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher are suspended from work and required to rest at home).
