Train / Transfer at JR Agatsuma Line Naganohara-Kusatsuguchi Station, 25 minutes by bus to Kusatsu Onsen.

Other than car / Via Tokyo, transfer at Ueno to JR Agatsuma Line Naganohara-Kusatsuguchi Station, 25 minutes by bus to Kusatsu.
