All staff members, including Room attendants and front desk staff, wear masks while serving guests.

Alcohol sanitizers are placed throughout the Property, and we have strengthened the disinfection and sanitization of frequently touched areas such as handrails and doorknobs during cleaning.
4. Guest Admission Policy
The Kii no Kuniya Group does not accept group tours or large parties. Our Property is designed for individual guests, minimizing the risk of group infections.
5. Meal Service
The Kii no Kuniya Group offers private dining experiences, such as in-Room dining or semi-private dining spaces, rather than buffet or self-service styles.
