The Property, located approximately 15-20 minutes by car from Kansai Airport, is a Hotel with the atmosphere of a traditional Onsen Ryokan. Surrounded by rice fields and residential areas, it offers a tranquil environment with natural Onsen "Yumatsuno-yu" springing on-site. The interior caters to various needs, ranging from business-style Rooms to spacious 27-square-meter accommodations. All Rooms are equipped with LCD TVs, air conditioning, and mini-refrigerators. Additionally, the Facility includes a large public bath, semi-open-air jacuzzi bath, private Onsen, sauna, and foot bath, providing relaxation-focused services. The cuisine is also a highlight, featuring kaiseki meals prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. A shuttle bus is available for transportation to Kansai Airport, and an option to store your car during your trip is also offered.
This was my fifth stay. Despite the high price, it was the worst so far. What was good: The Onsen hopping was as good as always. What was bad: At dinner, I ordered a draft beer, but it took a long time to arrive. When I rang the bell to call staff, the female attendant said, “Was it not served yet?” in an extremely unfriendly manner. Also, although I requested the same Room as last time, I was given one where the sink and toilet were in the same space. There were also steep steps inside, which was difficult for elderly guests. There were no power outlets near the bed, which was inconvenient. The TV couldn’t play YouTube (even though I have an account), which was very disappointing. It felt like an ordinary Room with only a massage chair. I will think twice about staying again next time.

The staff's service was excellent, and I enjoyed my much-anticipated meal in the calm atmosphere of the new building. The food was truly delicious, and you can tell the chef has great taste—every dish brought satisfaction and made for a blissful experience. I also got to enjoy a private bath, where they provided a ReFa hair dryer. I wanted one so badly but it's expensive! Still, it left my hair silky smooth, and my friend and I were thrilled. We created wonderful memories and felt refreshed. I'll definitely visit again!

Onsen bathing is often separated into men's and women's baths, but at Kansai Airport Onsen, the private Onsen where men and women can bathe together is extremely popular! Additionally, it provides a safe environment for families with small children to enjoy Onsen bathing with peace of mind! During certain times in the morning and afternoon, the large public bath can also be reserved for private use! The private use of the large public bath is especially popular among couples and married guests visiting with a rest Plan. Enjoying a private Onsen experience in the elegant atmosphere of the large public bath is perfect for creating unforgettable memories of your Onsen trip!
Kaiseki cuisine is one of the prides of our Hotel and has been highly praised by our guests. We use fresh seafood sourced from local fishing ports, Wakayama's Kishu brand "Kumano Beef," premium ingredients such as "Abalone," and recently, delicacies like "Extra-Large Rock Oysters" from Iki, Shimane Prefecture, and "Whole Squid Sashimi Boat Platter" have also been well-received. Additionally, the original desserts made in-house, served at the end of the kaiseki meal, are one of the delights after dining.
