  • Your First Stay with Your Beloved Dog

    This was our first stay with our dogs.The main reason we chose Yamanoyu was that we didn’t have to keep them in a crate even when we were out of the Room or at night. They were a little quiet at first due to the change in environment, but they seemed to get used to it quickly (lol).There’s also a dog run on the rooftop, and we could bring them with us during meals and place them in a dog cart, so it was an Accommodation where we could truly relax even with dogs.We made wonderful memories, like taking an early-morning walk along the river and letting them enjoy their own dog meal. Thank you very much to all the staff!If I may add one request: the toothbrush was quite firm, and it would be nice to have an extra extension cord.

  • I was satisfied.

    I stayed here for the first time in 20 years—this was my fourth visit overall. The staff were very welcoming and guided me warmly upon arrival. The meals were served in a private room, and everything was delicious and enjoyable. Although this Accommodation allows pets, it didn’t bother me at all. In the evening, thanks to the kindness of the staff, they took us by microbus to a nearby spot to watch fireflies. I was truly moved, and it became a wonderful memory. I would love to stay again.
