    The Room was spacious, so I could relax and unwind.I was lucky to get it at half price during a sale.This Room had more train noise than usual, but I always sleep with earplugs, so it didn’t bother me much.It was relaxing and comfortable.The Hotel staff are always pleasant.

  • The staff are very friendly and helpful.

    I stay here whenever I visit Hanno.I always choose a non-smoking Room, but this time the elevator hall smelled of cigarette smoke at check-in, and my Room was the first one near the entrance, so it was unpleasant every time I came and went. Since it was lively downstairs, the smell of smoke may have drifted up from below...Next time, I would like to be placed on a floor with no cigarette smell.Other than that, I always enjoy a comfortable stay.
