  • We were very satisfied!

    Everything was very clean, and the staff were courteous and attentive.The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the view of Lake Shinji from the window was wonderful.The water in the large public bath was slightly silky and left my skin feeling smooth. I did wish there were a few more washing stations.The fragrance placed in the elevator hall smelled amazing and really lifted my mood!I would definitely like to stay here again.

  • Onsen and Breakfast Buffet

    This was our second stay, mainly for the Onsen and the breakfast buffet.Because it was hot, we checked in early and enjoyed the Onsen—so relaxing, and we truly had a great time!The breakfast buffet was just as delicious as ever; the red tempura fish cake and grilled flying fish cake were especially tasty, and I ended up eating too much again.Thank you for another comfortable stay.We hope to visit again when we have the chance.

Matsue Castle and the sunset viewing spots at Lake Shinji—must-see attractions when visiting Matsue—are just a 10-minute walk from the Hotel. Izumo Taisha is also easily accessible by train from Matsue Shinjiko Onsen Station near the Hotel. A concierge service is available next to the annex front desk to assist all guests.

As a result, views from guest rooms and banquet halls will not be available. Noisy work will also take place between 9:00 and 17:00, and sound may carry throughout the building.
