We offer room types including Japanese-style, Western-style, and Japanese-Western hybrid rooms. The beds in the Western-style rooms are manufactured by Sealy, a brand adopted by numerous top-tier Hotels. Bedding is provided by Nishikawa Nihonbashi, a company with over 400 years of history. Shampoos and lotions are supplied by POLA Detaile, a traditional Parisian cosmetic boutique, and the DHC Olive Gold Series.
Free Shuttle Service is available from Kawaguchiko Station. (Pickup requires a Reservation in advance; drop-off can be reserved at check-in.)Both the exterior and interior show their age, but the Room and other areas are well cleaned and kept tidy. The sink felt a bit dated. The Room key was delightfully nostalgic (laughs).I didn’t use the outdoor bath, so I can’t comment on it, but the Room I stayed in had a shower only. It seemed newly renovated and was very clean. (The provided shampoos include both DHC and Ichikami!) Lotion, emulsion, and makeup remover were POLA amenities.I ordered both dinner and breakfast; the portions were generous and everything was delicious! I really appreciated that it wasn’t buffet-style. Hot dishes were served hot.There is a laundry area; detergent costs 100 yen, but the drum washing machines are free to use! (There are two machines.)The staff’s service was excellent! So it felt more like a Ryokan than a Hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality during my stay!
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 6/8/2026We stayed for two nights as a family of three with our 5-year-old child.We were completely satisfied with the Room, meals, large public bath, and amenities![Staff]Everyone was kind and spoke to us warmly.We were happy to feel thoughtful attention to detail throughout the Hotel.[Meals]The menu was elaborate, with a wide variety of dishes and luxurious content.They prepared different menus on both days, and every dish was deliciously seasoned.[Bath]It was 42°C and felt a bit hot, but it was very clean. We used it many times morning and night, and it completely relieved our fatigue.[Sightseeing]Next door is Kikyouya’s direct sales shop; in the Hotel across the street there is a day-use bath; next to that is a jewelry museum.It’s about a 15-minute walk to the Lake Kawaguchi sightseeing boat.Gem hunting and a local supermarket were also about a 15-minute walk in the opposite direction from Lake Kawaguchi.Next time I’d like to stay in a Western-style Room as well, so we’ll be back!

The natural Onsen "Fuyo no Yu" is sourced from the sacred waters of Mount Fuji.
Gently unwind your body and mind with the low-alkaline Onsen, a blessing from Mount Fuji, to slowly relieve your daily fatigue. Separate indoor and outdoor baths are available for men and women, and the outdoor bath at night, illuminated by spotlights, is highly recommended. Onsen usage hours: 15:00～24:00・the following morning 5:00～9:30.

Of course, there are many tourist attractions such as Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, including Fuji-Q Highland. You can also enjoy the Fuji Five Lakes, Oshino Hakkai, Fugaku Wind Cave, Ice Cave, Aokigahara Forest, winery and sake brewery tours, visiting the famous "Kikyo-ya" factory known for Shingen Mochi, and the "Chateraise" confectionery factory.
