Measures Against COVID-19 【Efforts in Public Spaces】 1. Installation of Additional Alcohol-Based Sanitizers We have installed additional sanitizers in lobbies, restaurants, restrooms, and other areas on each floor to create a more convenient Facility for our guests. 2. Enhanced Regular Disinfection We regularly disinfect high-touch areas such as doorknobs, doors, stair railings, elevator buttons, and restroom doors with alcohol-based sanitizers. 3. Wearing Masks During Customer Interaction For the health and safety of our guests and public hygiene, our staff wear masks during customer interactions. 【Efforts for Employees】 1. Wearing Masks During Commute Masks are distributed to employees, and wearing them during commutes is mandatory. 2. Installation of Additional Alcohol-Based Sanitizers in Backspaces We have installed additional sanitizers at office entrances and restrooms to ensure employees disinfect their hands after use. 3. Restriction on Non-Essential Outings and Attendance at Gatherings Employees are prohibited from non-essential outings, overseas travel, and attending gatherings, events, or workplace group meals involving large numbers of people. 4. Strict Health Management for Employees Employees are required to check their temperature before coming to work and refrain from coming to work if they have a fever, fatigue, or difficulty breathing. (If their temperature exceeds 37.5°C, they must leave work immediately and rest at home.) 【Regarding Meals】 For the time being, to avoid the "Three Cs" (Closed spaces, Crowded places, Close-contact settings), we will minimize the number of trips to tables and ensure wider spacing between seats in the restaurant. Meals will be served individually plated and delivered by restaurant staff following hygiene protocols. In line with the above infection prevention measures, we will refrain from providing unnecessary services from our staff. For breakfast, we will serve Japanese set meals with consideration for hygiene. (Depending on the Reservation status, breakfast may be changed to a buffet style.)
