We will operate while balancing "interaction" and "infection prevention" to ensure peace of mind for both our guests and the island residents. Cooperation with temperature checks upon arrival at the facility * If your temperature is 37.5°C or higher, please refrain from using our services. * We will measure your temperature using a non-contact thermometer. 4. Maintaining distance between people inside the facility * We may ask you to maintain distance from staff during service. 5. As you may need to wash your hands more frequently, please bring a hand towel. 6. We can no longer provide shared slippers. While we will disinfect the floors (every 2-3 hours), please bring your own slippers for use inside the facility if needed. 7. Please inform us of your means of arrival and arrival time by the day before. We will pick you up. (Even if you plan to rent a car, please stop by the property first.) Depending on the number of people, you may have to wait at the port or airport, so please understand. 8.
