Above all, the front desk staff’s smiles are outstanding!
This was my second stay. I first visited at the end of July. The Onsen and meals were wonderful, and above all, the front desk staff’s hospitality (especially a female staff member, Ms. A) was outstanding. I was truly impressed by their consistently warm smiles and courteous service, so I booked again right away. This time as well, the Onsen and meals were excellent! And Ms. A’s hospitality felt warmer than at any luxury Hotel—her smile was a perfect 10/10—and it made for a truly relaxing stay. Thank you very much!Also, right after check-in, there is complimentary coffee and shaved ice available in the lounge 24 hours a day. It’s a great perk not only for kids but for adults too, so don’t miss it!With the meals, the Onsen, and the staff’s hospitality… this is a cozy, home-like Accommodation where you can truly unwind at ease, so I definitely plan to return again soon!

Warm, thoughtful touches that make you feel at home
My wife and I stayed on Sunday, September 6. Since it was noted that parking is limited, we arrived early to check in. When we got to the Hotel entrance in the rain, a female staff member kindly explained in detail where the parking area was and guided us with great effort despite the weather. It was truly helpful.I have stayed at many Hotels, but I had never experienced such proper guidance right at the entrance, so it made me very happy. She was very pleasant, and I was impressed by her warm and courteous service.The Hotel interior was also clean. Although some aging is noticeable, the breakfast was delicious and we were satisfied. The value for money was excellent, and the Onsen was great as well.All of the staff were polite, so we felt at ease during our stay.We would like to visit again next time.Thank you very much!
