  • Closer to Namba than expected, and the staff were very courteous. When filling the bathtub, there was a slight issue with the hot water.

  • Cleaning could be improved.

    Stayed for 2 nights in a single room. The price fluctuates daily, and I was satisfied to have made the reservation at the lowest rate. The location was excellent and convenient for getting anywhere. The disappointing points were that the shelf above the bedside had candy wrappers and hair scattered, and the toilet seat was not heated. While it may require some cost, perhaps consider replacing it as an investment? As for the trash, it's unacceptable—I've stayed at many hotels but experienced this for the first time. I won't mention specific cleaning staff names but hope for improvement. The meal was simple with two pieces of bread and yogurt, which I found nice.
