■Enhanced COVID-19 Prevention Measures for a Safer Stay at Our Hotel■
At our Hotel, we have implemented measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Leveraging the strengths of our group, which includes a professional cleaning management company,
we take thorough precautions throughout the entire Hotel to ensure guests can stay with greater peace of mind.
■Guestroom Cleaning
Our cleaning staff wear masks and gloves while cleaning.
A disinfectant/deodorizing spray is provided in every guestroom for guest use.
We ensure thorough ventilation during cleaning.
For frequently touched surfaces listed below, we disinfect by wiping with a sodium hypochlorite disinfectant:
(Wiped areas) Door handles, bathroom, faucets, faucet handles, desks, tables,
remote controls, telephone
■Cleaning of Common Areas
For high-touch areas such as elevator buttons and door handles,
we regularly wipe and disinfect using a sodium hypochlorite disinfectant.
We also ensure regular ventilation by keeping automatic doors open when appropriate.
■Restaurant and Other Shared Facilities
To prevent crowding, we set occupancy limits for areas such as the smoking room and coin laundry.
Seating is arranged to maintain appropriate distance between guests in accordance with social distancing guidelines.
When buffet-style meals are offered, guests are required to wear a mask. (Masks will be provided to guests who do not have one.) Disposable gloves are also available upon request.
■Request to Guests
We kindly ask guests who have a fever or are feeling unwell to refrain from visiting the Hotel.
If you begin to feel unwell during your stay, please inform a nearby staff member.
■Staff
All employees wear masks while assisting guests.
We also strictly enforce daily temperature checks as well as frequent handwashing and gargling.
